INGLEWOOD (CBS) — Police were able to track down a man suspected of raping a woman by tracing the victim’s cell phone.
“The more that we can take advantage of technology that’s available to us the more we can solve cases and locate suspects in order to serve the community better,” said Lt. Dan Kim, of the El Segundo Police Department.
Charles Lee Kelly, 30, was arrested by El Segundo detectives Monday night dressed in his security uniform, according to Kim.
